Pincents Hill Design Enquiry closes

The five-day Design Enquiry for a proposed sustainable urban extension at Pincents Hill, conducted by Blue Living, closes today with a public meeting. The purpose of the five-day exercise was to explore the potential of the land owned by Blue Living at the edge of Tilehurst, Reading, to accommodate a high-quality sustainable urban extension.

Jonathan Smales, Chief Executive said: “The Design Enquiry was conducted in a transparent way with two public meetings, two days of open public access, and the opportunity for structured discussions with community organisations and statutory stakeholders. This kind of openness is extremely unusual for a developer at this stage of the development of a proposal for a site but it is something to which Blue Living is firmly committed.”
