Pincents Hill Design Enquiry announced

Blue Living is holding a Design Enquiry to develop proposals for a proposed sustainable urban extension at Pincents Hill in West Berkshire. A Design Enquiry allows developers, design experts and other technical professionals to work intensively together, and in public view, in order to conceive a masterplan and its associated strategies. Members of the public and wider stakeholders will have the opportunity to discuss ideas for Pincents Hill with designers and to see work in progress over the five-day Enquiry, commencing on Thursday 4th September .

Jonathan Smales, Chief Executive, said: “At Pincents Hill we want to create a place where people want to live and work, to help meet the urgent need for homes in the area. At the heart of the development is the desire to provide individuals and families with the opportunity to adopt more sustainable lifestyles. For that to happen we need the input of the local community and genuine, open collaboration. We hope that people will come along and contribute their thoughts and ideas, helping us to conceive and design this exciting new scheme.”
